Yes. As long as the swap is for like kind items, we are very flexible with these types of changes. An example would be swapping a dining set for barstools.
We do not offer rental insurance. We do require a damage waiver fee which is 10% of the rent before taxes and is a monthly fee unless you can show proof of having renter's insurance.
Yes. Items can be removed however the packages have been discounted as a package so your rental rate will not change.
Yes. Although we have a 3 month minimum lease term, if you choose to have your furniture picked up after 1 full month, you will be billed for the full 3 months.
Credit cards are charged the business day prior to your delivery.

The furniture that will be delivered will depend on the package you choose and what is available at the time of delivery.
No. The delivery fee, paid at the time of delivery, includes the delivery, set up and pick up at the end of the lease.
After your initial charge, the monthly rent will be charged by the 4th of each month. The credit card you use when placing your order will be automatically charged. If you need to change your credit card for any reason, please contact our Accounts Receivable department at 559-268-3074.
The business day prior to your delivery, we will send you an email with the 4 hour time window for your delivery.
You will receive a price breakdown email along with an email sent through Formstack, which will have the final rental rates, approved delivery date and your initial payment due. We ask that you review, sign and return your Formstack Lease as soon as possible. This is our way of confirming your delivery date. We will not be able to deliver your furniture without this lease being signed before delivery.
Yes. Once your lease term has been met, the lease will then be set on a month to month basis with no change to your monthly rental rate.
Yes. An order can be canceled up to 48 hours (business days) prior to delivery with no fee.
